I am member of "Azure vacation  leisure & holiday club" for 25 years. Office of this club is located at basement of Park avenue resort.

This club is giving lots of promise at the time of membership marketing like confirm booking within one day before check in, pickup and drop facility from hotel, 10 holiday credit points per day booking, free holiday week and one time 100/bonus credit points and many more.

This is my 1st booking request raised on 11 april 2016 for hiliday booking
Now they are come out with hidden rules and cheat there members by not providing booking as per request.

Official website www.azurevacation.net is having lots of wrong information like contact no, fake list of resorts, support team is worst in resolving and respond on quarry.

Only one lady who is responsible for booking and she (ms.Rajita) always kept her mobile switched off mode.

MD of this company ms.Mahi and Mr.Ravi naik is also not coming up for there customer support.

I am suffering from last 22 days for booking request confirmation and till date no result.

I have paid Rs 135,000.00 for member ship + 9,576.00/for maintenance charge till date. (Total paid amount Rs 144,576.00/till date).

I request you to help me for refund of this amount as there are not giving services as per commitment.

    I also one of the customer like you, who feel completely cheated like you .


    I was in goa 3 years back i also get carried away and gave them the payment.

    let us make a group ( wats app) as i am not in india right now and take a conclsive step how can we get our money back and put this people under scrutiny.
