Absurd SMS in midnight from company using Airtel Post paid connection

We are a subscriber of Airtel Post paid connection and concern is that receving the absurd SMS from company in midnight and contains of SMS is like- renewal of hello tune and about dat usage such matter is not emergent so that it should be deliver in midnight and when we make complaint to company they assured but again it get repeated and the employee of company are not bother they just assuring with fallacy promises so an action against such arrogant and pouter company.
