Paid @ Rs.5500/- on 22.9.2020 for filters, alkaline, membrane, motor pump (warranty of 1 year) etc. (bills attached). Within 3 months RO system started tripping. When complained, technician visits at his own time. No permanent solution. Bad behavior of staff and owner Mr. Nirajbhai – 9924112222. System stopped completely on 8.7.21 morning. Complaint lodged. Till 9.7.21 morning nobody has attended. Entire amount should be refunded.
