Hello Team,

I have purchased a RO from Aquasse services on 02-04-2021. after installation the product got fungus in its plastic tank and there was some dust particle as well. I have complained it. The customer care agent demanded the money for visiting charge which I paid in advance because he insisted for it otherwise he will not logged my complain. I paid the amount 199 on 28th Jun. There has been no contact with the agency and they are not responding to my call or what up messages. (Customer care mobile -9920822048/ 9082849155. complain ID : 04921582379.

I felt cheated by the agency since they offer substandard/poor quality product and then charge the money for repairing.
