Dear sir

We have purchase Water purifier on 27/11/2017 from Eureka Co diectly from baroda office on assures that this is one of the best Purifi in india & sussested a Ro under Warranty for one yrs
now we have complin on 16/9/2018 that machine not working
Co wants a RS: 4500.00 says that filter fail so you have to pay for the same which are under Warranty and fail within 10 months
So we requste you to help out in this regards, & sale engs are telling you do want you like
so we approch to you & see that we get fresh or repiar the same & generate that this is of POOR Quality mfg by FORBES EUREKA PRODUTS which effecxt public life
