Jio fiber connection terminated, refund awaiting

This is to inform the pathetic service of Jio fiber and policy of duping the uninformed customer been done in Jio fiber. I have taken a Jio fiber DTH connection- AC # 710371735332 in April'2023 with 3 months adv rental and within 2 days wanted to convert that into broadband only without DTH as DTH was not working however instead of adjusting my advance rental I was advised by the customer care to get a new connection and was duly informed by customer care and the sales representative that my money will be refunded within 14 working days.
So as per advice I took new connection and paid another adv rental and returned the DTH box and router on 20/4/23 however instead of Jio to refund my money I have been forced to run from pillar to post to get the refund. Now on 9/5/23 I have been informed that refund is denied as my account is active, however I have already received the deactivation mail.
My both active and inactive connection are registered under same mobile no. which is -8851838398

Following are the Service request which I have already raised without any resolution:
1- SR0000IJUXC3 - 4th May
2- SR0000IJYLJ2 - 7th May
3- SR00001K19JD - 9th May

On 10/5/23 I have sent a complaint to Jio appellate authority UP-W for speedy resolution and refund. However, on 21/5/23 they replied that even in post paid plans adv rental is non refundable from 20/4/23 Jio has introduced some policy and it was Applied from retrospective effect I believe as if it would have been in force during the time I disconnected the connection I would have not been advised by customer care to pay for another connection. I have raised this issue of misinformation and fraudulent practice by Jio fiber with appellate authority and have been informed that my issue has been escalated and will be resolved soon on 21/5/2023. Since then I have sent several e-mails for refund however every time they seek more time to refund my money.
As a consumer I have been mentally tortured and misinformed which is against my consumer rights.
It's my hard earned money had it been their policy of no refund I should have been informed immediately when I was asked to pay for second connection else I would have continued with the same connection.
I have proof of all the emails I have sent, all tweets which I have done in all the tweets I was promised of refund.
