Jio Fiber — Connection cancelled refund not processed even after 1.5 months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I cancelled my Jio fiber connection on the 17th July 2021. Their people came to my house to pick up the modem and set top box on the 25th July 2021 for which I even got a OTP from this scam company to verify my bank account details. They told me in 7-14 working days i would get my refund.
It has been more than 30 working days, in other words a month and a half and no one in this company seems to want to help. No one is available on their chat medium and every time I call them the agents disconnect the call or tell me to wait for another 4 days and are basically making me run around.
Jio owe me Rs 2500 which is an amount I have to work very hard for.I feel like Jio is robbing 2500rs from hard working people is it?
I need your help. Please help me and bring these cheaters and scamsters who are ruling our country by cheating and robbing ordinary folk off their hard earned money.
