Sir i purchased a Reliance Jio Hotspot JMR 541 , IMEI NO. -911563807732925, Mob. no - 9264995101, Dated 13-08-2020, From Alambagh Chauraha , Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shop keeper mobile no. is 7460951111 .
sir when i purchased the above mentioned dongle with sim they called JIO SIM CARD vendor named Lalit Mohan Joshi & His Mobile no. is 7355410403 he bring new sim and told me that in this sim you will get 6 month free 1.5 GB DATA per day and free calling also. but on 10th SEP.2020 i loose this plan .When i call to Shop keeper where i purchase this dongle they told me what i do call to costumer care then i call to costumer care on 13th sep. 2020 they clearly told me that you have one month plan and now it is expire , recharge with so and so amount .then i go to shop where i purchase this dongle they told me have you remove this sim from dongle i said yes you told me that call to costumer care so i remove this sim and put in mobile and call to costumer care then he said you will not get any data because you remove sim from dongle then he called to Lalit Mohan Joshi he also said same thing .
now my concern if i get data without any interruption they why i remove sim .
second thing costumer care told me that you get only one month data.
third thing why shop keeper told me that call to costumer care if i call to costumer care then it is obvious i will call with my sim
