Money taken but no installation

Reliance Jio Complaint Complaint Date: November 23, 2019
After a lot of follow up, the engineer came at my place. As suggested by him, I provide Paytm Code to him and payment of INR 3501 made in the name of reliance jio. Now, it's been 15 days but connection not provided to me stating the reason that money not received. I checked with paytm team and they are maintaining that payment was successful. I have been following up regularly with team jio at Noida - Mr Singh Area Incharge, Somveer yadav, Area Technical head, Mr Ajay sales head apart from customer care to whom I have been following up on mail and Twitter account but no one is giving correct status. I have been going thru lot of mental harassment because of this.
