सर मेरे पास लाइफ का विंड-2 फोन है जिसकी 2साल की गारंटी है पिछले छः महीने से मेरे को परेशान किया जा रहा है। मेरे फ़ोन में हेनग ओर चार्ज की प्रोब्लम थी,आप के इंजिनियर ने मदरबोर्ड चैनज करने को कहा,पर मदरबोर्ड न अविलेबल होने पर मुझे ये बोल के वापस भेजा कि जेसे ही मदरबोर्ड आयेगा आप चेंज करा लेना फिलाल मेने आपका फोन चालू कर दिया है,फोन चलते हुए अचानक बंद हो गया, मैंने फिर से सेंटर पर दिखाया तो कहते हैं कि फोन में पानी चला गया है जबकि उन्होंने फोन चेक करा कहते हैं फोन डेड हो गया है जबकि फोन चालू है चार्ज ना होने की वजह से बंद हो गया था, फोन चल राहा है, चार्ज भी हो राहा है,मेरे बार बार कहने पर सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने ना मदरबोर्ड चेंज किया ना मेरी प्रॉब्लम को शॉट आउट किया और मेरे से लड़ाई करनी शुरू कर दी कहते हैं कि अगर मदरबोर्ड चेंज कराना है तो पैसे दो गारंटी में नहीं होगा
