Jio Fiber refund scam, not refunding the security deposit.

After disconnection of my jio fiber connection no.+911203568916 , they picked up my jio router and accessories from my home, now one month has passed but I have not recieved my full refund of security deposit which is Rs.1500, instead I received only Rs.500, now when I called the customer care, they are denying the claim that only Rs. 500, rest Rs.1000, is non refundable. What a scam being run by Reliance Jio-fiber? the installation/marketing agent told me that security deposit is fully refundable at the time of disconnection but now Customer support is denying the claim. Reliance jio fiber is running a scam scheme, trapping innocent people in the name of high speed connection but my connection speed was so poor that I had to apply for disconnection, by the way the connection was in Tier-1 city, only god knows what speed they would be providing in the small towns and cities, btw I was hardly getting 4-5mps speed. Now, I regret for handing over my jio router and accessories before refund. I should have kept it untill the full refund. I also request peoples to ask the installation agent in writing for their promise.

    When I was returned jio router and related accessories in my home they told refund will process after 15 days but it's gone 2monts still evening singe amount not received.this is worst by jio/reliance pls understand our situation and so further action no(+91 44 3584 3064) my contact no 9150159661
