Compressor warranty is of 10 years but samsung still asking me to pay full amount for compressor

I have purchased a Samsung 481 ltr double door refrigeratori n 2015 which has 10 years warrenty on compressor. It's manufacturing year as per company sticker is 2014.
Now, all of a sudden compressor is not working. Samsung service centre technician came and charged me Rs 708 visit charges .also, he took photo of invoice and other details and said company will change compressor as my refrigerator is in warrenty period.He also took photo of original invoice and refrigerator sticker.
But ,now they are asking me to pay approx 8000 more and not willing to provide me free service as mentioned in warrenty.
