Greetings!!!

I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Croma on 6th Nov’21, I found it faulty as there is noise during Door Opening and Closing time. I have complained Multiple times to Croma regarding the same issue, every time their Technical Person Visits and says this will remain Same and there isn’t any solution to this, so they are ignoring this issue. Even without my confirmation they are closing the complain and Counts their visits. After many complains, I have decided to bring you notice about the issue. Here I am attaching the Videos also. I am expecting the support here.
