Refrigerator Complaint

I had purchased new Refrigerator on 21 May 2020 from Sales India Godrej Garden City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
When I went for the inquiry, the sales girl present there said that this fridge has a freezer to fridge converter and also has a sticker on the refregrator.
Two days later when the fridge came to my house, I checked the functionality, but the functionality of freezer to fridge is not available in my Refrigerator.
When I complained to Sales India, They did not give the proper answer and said that once you purchased, You can't exchange product.
I also complained to the L.G. but currently customer service is not responding.
Sales India's Sales Girl (Hetal Pandya) given me wrong info regarding product when i was go to buy.
All my money wasted. I don't want money back. I want to exchange my Refrigerator modal.
It happened to me today, it could happen to someone else tomorrow. I would suggest online stores are better than retailers (Like Sales India). Also they provide exchange product if your purchased product does not meet infomation. They guarantee us to ten day replacement.
