i purchased a new whirlpool refrigerator on 7 april 2018 and got delivery on 8 april 2018, but in damaged condition from inside. It has dent marks on several locations. I demanded for the replacement from the dealer, but they are ignoring since then. first they told they will send their executive for verification. Then they told us for replacement within 2 days and now they are telling they are out of stock for that model. And also the dealer is not ready to take back the defective product and return the payment(emi of capital first). Model: 230 vitamagic pro roy 4s alpha steel. We are tired of visiting the dealer showroom repeatedly, its always an embarassment. Please kindly help us have the justice..........
