Dear Sir,
I had bought LG frost-free refrigerator model no. GL-D372JHSL, Serial no. 503PRUP502366, Gross capacity : 335 L, Date of Mfg : 10/03/2015, Place of Mfg : MIDC , Pune

Dealer Name : LG best shop – Shri Silver Enterprise,
20-25, Silver Arcade, Near Samrajya, Akota Road, Vadodara

I am suffering for past 10 months due to defective refrigerator.
The vegetables and fruits are getting damaged, ice getting deposited on the fruits and vegetables. The vegetables and fruits are turning black and have to be thrown away.
We lodged complaint on LG toll free no. 1800 180 9999 in June 2015, July 2015, August 2015. But their service person could not rectify the problem. I even wrote to the LG Delhi office asking for replacement of the defective refrigerator, vide letter dated 14/11/2015 but no reply came from them.
The fridge is in warranty period still the company is not providing any service.
