for asking extraa charges to chage under warrenty compressor

Refrigrator Suddenly stop cooling. this monnth(september-2021) after the complaint a company send a man to repair. he confirm that compressor is not working it needs to be replace.
company has send 4000/- estimate as repairng charges.
If compressor is under warrenty than why i should pay any charges. its company's responsibility to fix it.
