REFRIGERATOR HAVING PROBLEMS

I HAVE PURCHASE REFRIGERATOR ON 21/07/20. MODEL NO. Hitachi RB570PND7 525. FROM THAN AFTER 5-6 DAY WE HAVE OBSERVED LOW COOLING, DEW FORMATION IN REFRIGERATOR & ICE FORMATION IN FREEZER. THERE ARE TILL NOW 2 SERVICE CALLS DONE & DONE SOME REPAIRING BUT ISSUE NOT SOLVED. NOW THE COMPANY IS NOT GIVIEN REPLACEMENT.

I HAVE RESEARCHED IN MY AREA AND FOUND ONE MORE CLIENT WITH SAME MODEL & HAVING SAME PROBLEM. THE COMPANY SERVICE MANAGER IS NOT ATALL INTERESTED IN THIS COMPALINT. IN TURN HE IS BLAMING US THAT YOU MUST BE KEEPING FREEZE OPEN FOR LONG TIME OR MIGHT ME OPENING MANY TIMES.

IF I AM DOING THIS THAT THE OTHER GUY WHO IS ALSO FACING SAME ISSUE IS ALSO DOING THE SAME THING?

HOPELESS SERVICE, HOPELESS CUSTOMER CARE, HOPELESS PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
