Wrong Benefits on Paytm application

I have recharged my reliance mobile no. 8767170012 for Rs.58/- via order number 2424475416 on december 20, 2016 @ 8.53 am via paytm cash transaction no. 4720235997.

With reference to the above mentioned details I would like to bring to your notice that on paytm application while recharging it showed the full talktime offer on Rs.58/- for reliance gsm, so I recharged it and it was a successful transaction. But the balance was not received and nor received the confirmation sms from reliance communications.

And on 21-12-2016 around 8.00 pm when I called the reliance customer care regarding the issue the representative there told me that they do not have such kind of full talk time offer, instead he described me some tariff offer of Rs.58/- which has been activated on my said number.

Your representative also told me that the full talktime offer is only for GSM customers.

Now a days PM Narendra Modi is saying to do online payments and cashless payments then what's my mistake, since I am using a smart phone and also using paytm since 4 to 5 years and doing recharges and bill payments via paytm etc.

When Reliance communications have given rights to paytm for recharge of mobile plans then they should also give day to day updates of their changing benefits of plans.

My humble request to consumer court is that please take appropriate action against reliance communications. The matter is not for a mere transaction of Rs.58/- but also it is a matter of responsibility of reliance communications for not updating the plans on paytm.
