EPRS buysmart is doing fraud business

I am distributor of EPRS buysmart (distributor ID- EB00621 ) .I have 46103 rs. balance in my account & Dealer network. from last 5 months company have blocked our balance, we are unable to use our balance, After every transaction there is message of " insufficient balance " or " Topop server Down" .

when we call to company's customer care they have only 1 reply "contact to your sales executive" and when ever we call Mr. abhijeet who is our sales executive he blackmails us that "Deposite New balance and Restart business" than they will Refund our blocked balance in installments. it means i have to Purchase EPRS and they will add amount (extra amount from blocked amount ) with Purchased EPRS amount .

As per conversation with him I Purchased EPRS balance of more 5000 rs. they start My Id after using only 3200 rs balance again they blocked my account. Also They didn't Add Any Extra amount from blocked amount .
If we ask Contact numbers of higher authority person/ Directors they does not provide us.
Customer Care And Sales Executive Both Are Not Helping us.

Please help us. Please restart Our ID to do transaction and refund Our balance 46103.

    I have also purchase balance of 11000 rs they blocked all balance and saying deposit more we'll release it soon
