Money not reflected in the Rwallet of UTS APP

I have done a recharge of 200 on 1 st of November 2023 through gpay for recharging my rwallet on uts app. The transaction was successful however the amount has not been reflected in the wallet. The UTS Customer Care is unapproachable.
Kindly help me with the same.
