Stealing money from my Videocon D2h recharge a/c without my knowledge

On 24th March 2016 I have recharged for Rs. 1830/- for six month, plus one month additional discount, but to my surprise company has started monthly deduction of Rs. 150/- without my knowledge.

On my enquiry they have registered a complaint against dealer on 26th July 2016 and closed on 2nd Aug, 2016. Final conclusion from videocon is that there is nothing wrong in their deduction. When I have asked show my proof of acceptance of this deduction, they don't have any answer. Similar deduction they have done with my elder brother also.

Looking at above incidence, I have strong feeling that company and dealers both are cheating around the world and hence complete enquiry must be done against these culprits at the earliest.
