Reliance CDMA services discontinued

My Reliance landline 022-32200843 got suddenly discontinued.The company did not intimate me prior.I thought my recharge is exhausted so I did refill from rcom official site.Then later I realize that their services are discontinued.I will not be able to use same number.All my patients have that number since 8 years.Now suddenly I have no choice to keep the same number.
To add to my shock they even have option on their website to recharge discontinued numbers.I did a refill of Rs 221 .

Now who will give my refund of my recharge.What about the old device?
There is no exchange of the old device in Reliance gallery.I just have to throw that device now.
Very unethical treatment by reliance to its customers.
