Myself Jitendra shah, i am a customer of reliance communication, i ported my IDEA sim 9904404068 to RELIANCE on date 7-09-2016, when i was to port my number into reliance i was given information about reliance plans and tariffs by agent mr Dharmendra kaka {9924477474}, that i would get 4000 minutes in rupees 397/- {already paid by me}, and 2 mbps data plan,and i was told that 397 is the last amount to be paid with assurance of refund of amount 100 and now after 1 month i am asked to pay the bill of rupees 206/-by sms of company and on date 20-10-16 my outgoing call service are blocked by company.and i am cheated by company at all.and i hope my problem will be solved off soon. Thank you.

    I was again called by reliance that to take off my complaint filed against them. I was also told that my incoming will also be blocked.and also told that i should keep the sim card as same up to 90 days and then only i can port it out.and respected authority,i want to say that my all business is depended on this sim card and i have to suffer now . Please sir/ mam i beg to justice as soon as possible. Thank you.
