Complaint regrading Airtel for NO INFORMATION GIVEN DURING RECHARGE REGARDING

I would like to inform you that I have made recharge of Rs. 1,499 vide Airtel order no. 692889 on 04/10/2016 at 02:50 pm from Airtel App, but regret sorry to inform you that till the time 3G data balance of 6 GB is not credited into my Main Data Pack Balance, so that I can share the same with my family. I had made call to customer care centre on 121 and also made complain to Airtel Help centre through email on 121@in.airtel.com as well as to Nodal Officer on nodalofficer.guj@in.airtel.com, but they informed me that this 3G data balance will not be shown in Main Data Pack Balance, but will be shown in differed dedicated Account and cannot be shared with my family as i am sharing my 3G data balance with two other my family members under "Airtel Family sharing" offer. If this is true that this recharge 3G Data balance cannot be shared than i should be informed during recharge, but they have not mentioned any Term and Condition during recharge through Airtel App. It is their duty to inform any special terms and condition before doing any recharge through Airtel App.
Later on complaining about this they informed me that terms and condition are mentioned on there website, so why they are encouraging us to recharge through their Airtel App, if they want us to see Terms and Conditions from their website. Moreover Nodal Officer also agreed that this type of Terms and Condition should be shown during recharge from App only and he also agreed that to see Terms and Conditions only is not possible to visit website. This type of bias information strategy are used by them to make us fool. I would also like to inform you that I have Screen Shot of recharge screen from Airtel App attached herewith for your kind perusal.
Therefore i request you to kindly order them to refund the same recharge amount without any delay and direct them to give complete terms and conditions before recharge through their Portal or App.
