recharge was fail and refund is still not given

i done recharge on freecharge on date 4
Apr 2016 of my friend mobile number( 9725955313
Airtel,Gujarat) of rs. 1oo.
In website it showing successful transaction but recharge is not done.
i also contect customer care from last 20 days but still they saying that it take 1-2 days.
sir please take some strict action for this and try to help me.
this is my order id FCVC160404353359914.
You see in the 2nd image i was conetect customer care from 4 april.see the date in right side.
