I am form ahmedabad mr. vipul kayasth. i purchase Microsoft 535 mobile in sep 2015 and dealer offer me a scheme along with this mobile for rs 3600 voucher of Mobikwik which i can redeem by lum 300 code every recharge of rs .300 every month and mobikwik add rs. 300 against that recharge. for three month i am able to redeem Promo code but since feb 16 i cannot redeem this code and i inquired about this on mobikwik customer care and corrospondance with nodal officer of mobikwik and nokia customercarethey told me that microsoft and mobkwik discontinue this scheme from feb 16 and we will not redeem your code further. so i felt cheated that time as once cannot refuse about scheme after offering.and nodal officer in mobikwik reply me below detail against my complain regarding same.they clearly deny for giving scheme and said that onesided they callback scheme.
