Payment not refunded

Hello sir,

i try to recharge on Paytm from banak account 43 rs deducted but recharge failed. i lodge complaint in Paytm for Order # 1668548418 and they said within 3 days payment will be refunded but still not refund my payment. i lodge another complaint but they are not giving me any answer.


i all sent bank statement as they ask, but after that no response.
