I TRIED TO RECHARGE TATA SKY OF 400 RS VIA M-VISA MANUALLY ON 06/08/2016,
BUT DUE TO FAILED TRANSACTION. AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT. TOTAL THREE TIME I TREID EACH OF 400 RS MEANS TOTAL 1200 RS DEBITED.
THE MERCHANT ID I PUNCH IS : 46049089212. IN THE SBI ANYWHERE APP M-VISA THROUGH NET BANKING.
I CONTACTED BRANCH FOR THE ISSUE,MANAGER TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR A WEEK
THEN AFTER MAKE A COMPLAINT REGARDING CREDIT OF SAME AMOUNT,
I WAITED FOR A WEEK BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED.
