Today I was my Tata Sky recharge Customer id 1190320257 recharge today at 02:00 PM recharge amount Rs.3135 and in your side sms also Received "Recharge of Rs.3135 for 1190320257 (Order ID - FCDA170108557531026) is in process. You will receive further update within 2 hrs." And amount also withdrawal in my back account so please revert but at that time recharge not Received to Tata Sky so give me clarification and solve the problem. Last 03 Day No One Contact ( Freechage) To me For Recharge Purpose. no Confarmation Mail Not Received,In that grouse i was send Same copy Of Freecharge In Replay One Mail Received With Ticket Number As:

We regret for the delay for your recent transaction.

As per our records the transaction (order ID FCDA170108557531026) is successful, however there are a few exceptional cases where the operator reverses a transaction status after 48 hours from the time of the transaction.

The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.

In the meantime, we would request you to check and verify if the below transaction details are correct:
