From last 1.5 years I am chasing this guy,Ravit coudhary(09717566500) for refunding my cancelled 1 BHK Flat amount Rs 2,62,640/-.
He is really a cheater builder.From last years he was telling, i will refund the amount,on this date that date but still not refunded.
Firstly via 2 nos cheques were given but bounced.Then he told me, he will transfer via RTGS from last 7 months but not transferred yet.
He is very mongrel and he had made me fraud/betrayed.
I had sent notice in month of feb 2017, to his office and his email id(abhirrr@gmail.com) , but no response.
he had made me mentally harassed.
This is not my 1st complain, I had also made earlier complain NO JGJN019498. on this he told me first remove this complain, then i will return money. so I had answered case resolved, but it was not yet resolved, my amount is still pending.
