Cheque Amount is not giving from last 2 months

I had booked a 1 BHK flat with SHOBH Goroup in 2012.But Company had not started the project. Finally I decided to cancel the same.
As per company policy, I had submitted the cancellation form which took 3 months for processing.
On 26 Jan 2016, I got post dated cheque of amount Rs 362000/- dated 24 april 2016.
I had submitted the cheque on 6 may 2016 but it got bounced due to insufficient balance.
I had called the company for the same, they assured me it will be done with in 10 days.
But 10 days still not arrived.
From last 2 months, I follow up on phone and emails. I am not getting positive response.Please help me to getting my money back.
