Dveloper complaint against Possession delayed by Ansal API

I have purchased one unit in Ansal API's Kundli township in the year of 2007 with the promised delivery by 2012. However, due to circumstances hidden to us, I have not received the possession till now.

Tired of being following up on monthly basis, I have applied for a refund of the amount. However, it has been 4 months my amount has not been refunded.

When I call the officials, I don't get any response quite often. Whenever they pick up the phone, they just say that approvals have not come yet and God knows when they are going to come.

I am surprised by non-professionalism shown by people in esteemed company like Ansal API
