My Name Bijay Kumar (9996786109)

I had booked a 1 BHK flat with SHOBH infrastructure pvt ltd. in 2013.But Company had not started the project. Finally I decided to cancel the same.
As per company policy, I had submitted the cancellation form which took 3 months for processing.
I got post dated cheque on 25 jan 2016 of amount Rs 362640/- dated 26 march 2016.
I had submitted the cheque on 6 april 2016 but it got bounced due to insufficient balance.
I had called the company for the same, they assured me it will be done with in 10 days.
But 10 days still not arrived.
From last 2 months, I followed up on phone and emails. I am not getting positive response.Please help me to getting my money back.
