Hello Sir,

With due respect I would like to inform you that the Plot No. 56, Krishna Vihar Colony, Sector 1, Nagla Rambal, Tehsil Etmadpur, District Agra, Area 200 sq yards, Khasra no 1955 is purchased and registered In Name of my Mother- Smt. Rajkumari Gupta in the year 1992. Earlier we used to live in Firozabad during which my mother purchased this land. Now we live in Hyderabad since 2009 due to which we couldn’t look after our this vacant land. But now we got to know that unfortunately someone has illegally constructed boundary around our plot. The issue was shared by my brother Ashish Gupta to SDM at Etmadpur tehsil who after reviewing our Original land documents, directed SHO/SO for getting our land vacated and also ordered to take stringent action against the culprits with immediate effect. As per the process, SHO/SO directed the proceeding to lekhpal at Police Chowki Thana Etmad Daula to do the needful. But when we reached to lekhpal, he asked us to meet some third person first with this matter and also that he wouldn’t help us unless we go to that third person. When we went to that third person, he asked us for 3 lakh rupees to settle the matter. Please find attached the complaint slip which we filed at Etmadpur tehsil. Also please find below the detailed description of plot and owner details.

Please, I do request you to take action on this matter, so that my mother can get justice and retain her Land Position.
