I was booked 1 BHK flat by paying Rs 250000/- (Two lacs fifty thousand) on 1/3/2016 in Krushnkunj, Survey no 218, Chaudhary park, police line no 2, Flat no 401, Near Bhumkar Chawk, wakad, Pune. But after 6 months period i come to know said flat was sold to two more customer by this builder, then i told him to refund my payment till time he has not refund my money in-spite of several followup. He has given me PDC but when i checked with bank i come to know his account are blocked by bank. please advice what to do.
