Illegal construction our society, against the proposed law, illegally constructed extra rooms

past resident members of our society, against the proposed law, illegally constructed extra rooms, on the "separate spaces", allocated by the builder, for smooth flow of air.

They even constructed extra toilets/bathrooms, out of ego.
Now, the improperly constructed toilets are harassment to us. Because they leak and cause a bad smell to linger in our home, also staining the ceiling.

The building has got major cracks in foundation structure in an alarming way.

Please help us, to keep society well maintained and sanitized, as the stink of people's usage is driving us crazy from the past 17 years. We are embarrassed to entertain any guests because of the dirty smell. If anyone enters the bedroom or the restroom, he/she can't bear its stink. It's unbearable.
