This is to inform you that above mentioned Society is charging MORE THAN 10% Non Occupancy charges (NOC) arbitrarily.
I had intimated society committee thru’ letter to revise the NOC up to max 10% as per the law, in June 2017 (Copy enclosed for reference). However, Till now NO REPLY TO MY LETTER & Society continue to charge higher NOC every month. Also charging interest @ 21% for the difference amount, since I have been paying NOC @ 10% as per the law.
