Advance Maintainance Transfer issue against COSMOS LIFESTYLE

Sub: Regarding the Advance Maintenance Amount issue for Cosmos Jewels , Ruby 1 Flat 1A-1B.

I am the resident of cosmos Jewels and Purchase the above said property from Cosmos Lifestyle dated 18th feb 2017 as per the registered agreement TNN5-1725-2017

I have obtained the possession from Cosmos lifestyle for this said Property after paying the Advance Maintenance Amount 30,768.Drawn on Corporation Bank Cheque Number 171308. Thane Ghodbunder Branch.
The Maintenance was applicable from 1st April 2017 as per the Allotment letter attached herewith.
Since the Society formation Process was still in Progress for Building RUBY 1 the complete advance maintenance for year was paid to the Cosmos Lifestyle with the understanding that the Advance maintenance will be handed over to Society as a part of Handover Process.

However Cosmos Lifestyle has not transferred the remaining advance maintenance 25,996 to society.

Cosmos is now trying to adjust this amount against some of the outstanding from Society
As per attachment letter. Society is not ready and acknowledging the communications from COSMOS LIFESTYLE and society now published my name in Defaulter List and inform me via e mail that they will stop the daily services for this property.

Please help in this regard as I had already paid the advance maintenance and cant pay the same amount to society again
