Regarding lack of commited amenities

Hello Sir/Madam,

Myself Milind Zemse residing at Parasnath Nagari B/402, Bldg No.4, Sector 8, Umroli (E) Palghar 401404.

I had booked the flat on Feb 2014, after getting continuous followups I got the possession of the flat on March 2016. But, some must required amenities has not given us.

It has almost 17 months now still, lift facility has not activated. Even, electricity meter has not been placed. And now, some local contractor (yashodhan) who had build this building is asking to pay electricity bill of Rs. 500 p.m.

Whenever, I take followup regarding lift and electricity meter. I get flying answers that, it will get done soon. I don't know when it will get this solved.

It is now very difficult here to stay with the family as I have small baby and aged parents who cannot use staircase all the time.

It is my humble request, could you please help me?
