This is put on this forum to get guidance as in how can i get the possession of my premises in life Republic Township in Pune which is built by Kolte Patil developers? committed date was 31-Dec-2015 Have not got the possession till date post many personal follow ups. Registry content covers all aspects not to provide delay compensation as in if it rains, no compensation on delay and if doesnt rain, still no compensation package to hopeful owners.
my dilemma : Paying EMI as well as rent at other location
Ask: Is builder liable to compensate for delay caused ? Advantages and directions for reaching to consumer forum?
