Disha Direct started illicit practices by undue demands and if the demands are not fulfilled they have started to block property documents, I already paid in full post which Disha Direct came in to register the land I purchased, at first when I asked for property documents Disha Direct executive started demanding money to hand over the documents, now after governments surgical strike on such frivolous demands, Disha Direct executives changed their stand, they started saying at first they handed over the documents, when I asked them for proof on handing over the documents their Vice President Suhas Kshirsagar twisted it by saying they lost the documents and cannot do anything, they have now stopped responding, I have sent 16+ reminders, these continuous changes in their statements shows they want to harass me by holding up on the property documents for their ulterior motive, contacting consumer redressal team to help, need Disha Direct to handover the property documents, please ask them to handover
