Year 2008 - 8 years back, I saw a mesmerizing advertisement for Investment in Plot near Tamani Ghat, Roha Distict. Name of the project is LandMarc Meadows. News Papers were full of ads by the Builder and Marketing Agency [Disha Direct]. I purchased it along with other 400+ customer with a price of 3.75 Lakhs. We were promised to get the hand over with all the said amenities [Water Pipe, Electricity, gated & Cleaned Road etc] within a year. It's been 8 years now, no much work has been done there. We have been following up with Disha Direct since years but they are too adamant to get it completed.

We made the mistake, others please be aware of Disha Direct.
