Balaji developers launched his Balaji Vision City project in Wai, Dist Satara, Maharashtra in 2014. By paying 7Lakhs booking amount through RTGS transfer, I have booked Bungalow in the project. My father did registered notary agreement on Rs. 100 stamp paper on my behalf in Oct 2014. We had several status phone inquiry and site visit, construction on site was very slow. Every time the builder used to give false justification/commitment that the project will speedup soon. In the mid of 2016 we got info that builder stops ongoing construction in early 2016 and sell his site to someone without informing us. We have asked him for refund and damages cause. We received 60% of the paid amount. Waiting remaining 40% and 2.5 lakhs damage i.e total 5 Lakhs. But even after sveral calls and sms, Builder is not ready to refund the money with a plea that the builder is not having cash because of demonetisation (Even builder is not responding to my calls). Now He is asking me to do what ever I can do.
Kindly help me to get money back from the builder.
