i had booked flat in Nirmal Lifestyle (kalyan)pvt ltd township in 2011 and was promised possession in 3 yrs. the project kept dealing and agreement was done in April 2014with a clause of possession to be given in June 2016 and grace period of 6 months. I got a call in July 2017 for pre inspection before handover and when I went there the building in entire township was somewhat ready but no approach roads done, no proper construction done, no adjoining buildings developed and no infrastructure ready. Now I am continuously getting cals from developers office stating to pat balance 3 lacs else they would charge me interest i have put in all my hard earned money and am disappointed by the development as to what was promised and what is getting delivered. I am forced to block my monies as I see no development happening there in next 5-8 years. please help in getting written confirmation from builder for possession and when the would develop the entire township due to which I had invested.
