I Purchased a commercial property from APMC palghar and made full payment in April 2018 though i didn't receive the posession letter of the property. without My idea APMC palghar have rented the Property to the third party and they are delaying the posession to me. Notice has been given to APMC palghar and yet any action has not been taken.
