Fake promiss complaint against Enkay Garden

I had booked the flat in May 2011 in Phase II, In 2013 they made the registration of the said flat.

I paid almost 95% cost of the flat by Bank Loan by 2015.

As I am staying in rented House I unable pay the Bank Loan and Rent simultaneously every month.

I stopped paying Bank Loan amount due to cash crunch.

Now the Issues are there is no proper reply from Enkay and we have been pressured by Bank to pay the outstanding dues.they are not pick a call of customer.

I am in very bad debts now after the booking of this flat.

So, you are kindly requested to look in to my matter and guide me.
