Overcharging and plan change without intimation by Reliance Communications Ltd

Hi,
I had subscribed to Reliance wi-pod number 9323643379 with plan 15GB with tariff of 999 plus service tax. My bill was fixed at Rs1148. After upgradation to 4G, Reliance sent me a bill of Rs2521 for June 27-July 26, 2016 period. When I protested they informed me that my plan has been changed from 15GB to 5GB and I have been charged for excess data that I have consumed. Now, the plan was changed without intimating me. Reliance executives had confirmed that after upgrading to 4G my plan will remain the same. Now, how is it that plan has been changed without intimating me?
Secondly, after my strong protest the company reversed Rs821.16, but has no explanation for Rs550 that I have been charged extra. The customer care executives are hellbent on the fact that I have consumed data in excess of 5GB despite informing them that my plan was 15GB and if Reliance changed the plan they should have intimated me.
Finally, I paid the money as advised by my lawyer before approaching consumer court. Now, the company is not issuing No Dues Certificate. I have been following up with them for so many days but a simple work they cannot do.
I was Reliance customer since 2013. First I had 3G dongle with different number and then I changed to Wi-Pod with the above mentioned number. I finally decided to terminate their services as I found that the company has been taking its customers for a ride and shortchanging them every now and then.
On enquiry with some Reliance executives I was informed that company was not ready for 4G and as its CDMA license was expiring it misled customers while upgrading to 4G.
MY SINCERE APPEAL TO FELLOW CONSUMERS I HAVE FOUND RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD GOING BACK ON ITS PROMISES AND NOT COMPLYING WITH ITS ASSURANCES EVERY NOW AND THEN. I HAVE DECIDED I WILL NEVER USE RELIANCE PRODUCT ANY TIME IN FUTURE. SO FELLOW CONSUMERS BE SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE BEING PROMISED AND THEN TAKE A CALL. I FELT IT WAS MY DUTY TO AS A CONSUMER CHEATED BY RELIANCE COMMUNCATIONS LTD TO ALERT YOU
