I booked a product of 999 from Instagram through shiprocket company I got the product and it was of very low quality..
I wanted to return it but I did not get any response from shiprocket nor from the seller... the number given to me are switched off...I sent many emails but not a single reply was given...and one of the mail I'd was also wrong... they have policy of 30 days return.. I got the product on 7th June since then I am trying to contact them but no response is given to me till date

    Hey,I had returned an item worth Rs 2418.4 from ajio.com and asked to transfer my money into my account for which I had completed the IMPS process but ajio without my consent transferred into ajio wallet and now they are not transferring it back into my account.Everytime I contact them they say we are looking into it and ask to wait for a week again and again.I am completely frustrated by their behaviour.
