Dear Sir,
I bought Marq by Flipkart Washing machine online from Flipkart on 19th March, 2020 and paid money of Rs. 10764+999 for extended warranty. It was delivered on 23rd March, 2020 and since then Installation is pending. I called daily since April, 2020 to Flipkart and Jeeves customer care and they are not helping. They are giving extended dates and sometimes they are disconnecting calls. I spoke to Mr. Yathis Kumar of Jeeves and he promised me for the Installation but now he is also not reverting my calls. Sir, I am working professional and my wife is pregnant and you know what problems we face during this tough times. Please help me to install the Washing machine as soon as possible sir. Product is with me since last 2 months and I am not able use it because if I will open, they will not accept the warranty. Please sir help me. They are now behaving unprofessionally when we call.
